It's all so about how some food is marketed and sold in American supermarkets, not from an industry perspective but from a consumers. How do these low volume brands and sometimes low volume manufacturers peddle their wares?
Our aim is to highlight products that are a little less known and in those hard to reach sections of the store shelves.
We'll learn a little about the product, who makes it, what it's served with and any other information that I find out with a reasonable effort. We'll focus on food and possibly some beverages.
